When you become stagnant, that’s where the joy you had from loving what you do gets lost. This is why we will always encourage personal and professional growth. But we also understand that being human means that to really do something great and give it our best efforts, then we can truly only focus on one thing at a time.

    • We Delight in Serving Others: “I genuinely care about others and find ways to help those around me succeed.”  When I see opportunities to step up, I help out regularly. I also stay curious and positive even when others are frustrated or angry.

  • Living 200%, an underlying principle: “I choose to own my life and be accountable for my actions and I help others to do the same. We Say It, Solve IT.”  We believe that every employee should give 100% to wow our customers and live our values. We also believe that every employee should help other employees give 100%. We seek to be transparent with our customers and with other members of our Regency Auto family. No scamming, no gimmicks, just good old fashioned honest service. We understand that part of being a family includes not always agreeing or getting along. We create a safe environment where we can make suggestions and give other employees feedback when we have a concern or see an issue. If you need to give feedback to someone who isn’t living our values, or if there is conflict between you and someone else, we encourage you to work things out together. Don’t be a jerk, speak what’s true for you, and be professional when working out conflict. If you can’t resolve questions or conflict with the other person, ask your manager for some coaching. If that doesn’t work, get your manager involved. At Regency Auto, this is how we resolve conflict; we speak our truth and work out issues with others directly.  We say it, and solve it.
